Thomas Cooley
Senior Pastor
Thomas and Lori were married in 1987 and have five amazing children (and 2 amazing daughter-in-laws and 2 amazing son-in-laws): David, Austin (and Gemma), Rebecca (and David), Justin (and Emily), and Caitlin (and Colton), as well as 10 adorable grandchildren (Jace, Tommy, Luke, Barrett, Eloise, Addie Jo, Lincoln, Clara, Sloan, and Judah). They love to play games, play tennis, and just about anything else that has a score at the end! They also love to travel, spend time at the lake (Thomas loves to fish!), and read all kinds of books. Thomas serves as the Area Leader for the Association of Vineyard Churches. Lori has a passion for prayer and leads intercession and many of our evangelism initiatives. She also runs the gymnastics program for the city of Kennesaw, GA.
justin cooley
Associate Pastor
Justin has been attending Cobb Vineyard Church his entire life. Him and his wife Emily have been going to CVC together for over 10 years and have been married for 7. They have both been involved in different ministries and in 2019 they moved their family overseas to Southeast Asia as missionaries and lived there with their children for almost 4 years. Justin and his family moved back in 2023 and he transitioned into the associate pastor role here at CVC. He enjoys sports, biblical studies, and going to different countries.
bryan leonardy
Youth Pastor - Coming Dec. 2024
Bryan grew up in Cobb County, at CVC, and has spent the last 9 years doing youth ministry at the Vineyard church in Tuscaloosa, AL with his wife, Kaylee. Before that, Bryan was part of the college ministry and served in the youth ministry right here at Cobb Vineyard. Bryan and Kaylee have 6 kids. They are passionate about student ministry, and love the local church. Bryan and Kaylee moved back to Kennesaw at the end of 2024 and are excited to be part of the future of Cobb Vineyard!
Nathan Fowler
Worship Director
Nathan and Katie were married in 2007. They have served in worship ministry together since they were 14 years old. They joined CVC in 2023 with their two kids: Grayson and Moriah. Nathan enjoys trail running, backpacking, and watching documentaries. Katie homeschools both kids and loves musical theater, ice skating, and dark chocolate.
Katelyn Davis
Children's Ministry Director
Katelyn joined our staff in 2018. She has a passion for children and traveling. She spent 2.5 years living in a hut in Zambia while with the Peace Corp. While there, she built a preschool and trained local teachers. She graduated from Bridgewater College in Virginia. When it’s nice outside she rides her bike to church. In her spare time she likes to read, hike, and eat grilled cheese.
jessie gruttadauria
Office Manager
Jessie started her position as office manager in June 2023 but has called CVC her home church for almost 20 years. In the office, Jessie will devote her time to organizing events, schedules, social media, website, and all things involving communication. She also serves on the hospitality & tech teams. She moved to Georgia from upstate New York in 2001 with her high school sweetheart, Nick, and they married in 2006. They have one precious daughter, Willow Grace. Jessie loves exploring beautiful places in nature, reading good books, and all things DIY and decorating.
Bill Mcgilvary
Finance Director
Bill McGilvary has been on staff at Cobb Vineyard since 2010. After being CFO for his multi-million dollar family business and helping run construction companies, Bill became the finance director of CrossBridge Church in Marietta. When Crossbridge merged with CVC 8 years ago, Bill came on staff in our finance department. His favorite hobbies include fishing, traveling, and he is actively involved in our Men's Ministry.
