Online Giving Update

We are moving to a new giving platform!

We have been using SubSplash, but will have an improved way to accept giving through our newest platform, Church Center. It will also be more cost-effective for us and for you.​

​

We are asking everyone who has a recurring donation set up, to cancel through SubSplash and set up a new account with our new giving provider, Church Center. We have provided step-by-step instructions below on how to both cancel the old account and set up the new account.

Our target goal is to have everyone switched over by Thursday, July 31st. This is when we will remove the link to our old giving platform with SubSplash.

If you never had recurring giving set up, then you don't have to do anything. Whenever you want to make a donation, just make sure to use the "NEW GIVING" tab.

HOW TO CANCEL RECURRING GIVING THROUGH SUBSPLASH

To cancel your recurring giving through SubSplash, follow these steps:

  1. Visit THIS LINK or you can access it by visiting cobbvineyard.com, hovering over the “donate” button on the top right, and select from the dropdown, "OLD GIVING"

  2. In the upper right corner, select Log in 

  3. Select the Donor Icon in the upper right corner and click Account

  4. Click Recurring Gifts

  5. Select the gift you would like to change

  6. Click the trash can icon next to the amount field

  7. Click Update

HOW TO SET UP NEW GIVING THROUGH
CHURCH CENTER

Setting up your new recurring giving:

  1. Visit THIS LINK or go to cobbvineyard.com, hover over the “donate” button on the top right, and select from the dropdown “NEW GIVING.”

  2. Enter your donation amount, fund (where you would like your donation to go), and frequency. (One time or Regularly)

  3. If Regularly is selected, choose the frequency

  4. Add the date that you would like your first donation to be 

  5. Enter your email address and name, and click continue

  6. Enter payment info

  7. If you want to cover the processing fee, click the box

  8. Click Start Giving

The new system does not accept split transactions, so if you'd like to set up recurring giving for multiple funds, you will need to set up a recurring schedule for each fund. The process should be fairly simple because you will already have information linked to your account.
